Aqoiy ("we", "our", "us") operates the Aqoiy platform, including aqoiy.com, our web applications, WordPress plugin, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing information is collected through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

1.2 Store Data

When you connect your WooCommerce store, we access product catalog data, order information, and store policies solely to power the AI support agent. This data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure.

1.3 Chat Conversations

We store chat conversations between your customers and the AI/human agents to provide the Service and improve response quality. Conversations are associated with the store and session, not with personally identifiable customer profiles.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, and IP address. This data is used to improve the Service and is processed in aggregate.

1.5 Waitlist Emails

If you sign up for our waitlist or platform notifications, we store your email address and the platform you're interested in. This is used solely to notify you when new features launch.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase / Cloud Functions) in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Firebase Authentication with secure token-based access control
• Firestore security rules ensuring complete data isolation between stores
• Regular security audits of our codebase and infrastructure

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Cloud / Firebase — Infrastructure, authentication, database
• Google Gemini (Vertex AI) — AI model for generating support responses
• Stripe — Payment processing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Chat conversation data is retained for 90 days after a session is closed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
